1. Drive major initiatives across teams within Mozilla.
2. Ensure high-quality, measurable, and maintainable software delivery.
3. Support and extend existing front-end and back-end systems with innovative technologies.
4. Collaborate on developing privacy-preserving ad technology.
5. Write proposals for major projects and contribute to architectural decisions.
6. Work with management to build consensus and provide guidance.
