We design software API First. Before we write a single line of code, we design the APIs of a service in a way that any other team, whether internal to epilot or external, can use the APIs interface with our service without prior knowledge.

As a Product Engineer at epilot, you’ll go beyond just coding. You’ll play an integral role in building our cutting-edge platform using technologies like TypeScript, React, Svelte, and serverless AWS microservices. Here’s what you’ll do:

1. Immerse yourself in our tech stack: Microfrontends, serverless AWS, and best-in-class developer tooling and automation.
2. Be part of a cross-functional dream team: Collaborate with full-stack, backend, and frontend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver impactful features.
3. Work end-to-end: From ideation to delivery, you’ll team up with product management and design to bring features to life and make product decisions.
4. Take ownership: Got an idea? Draft an RFC (Request for Comment), drive the initiative, and own it from start to finish.
5. Foster growth: Mentor colleagues, share knowledge, and continuously learn new technologies.
6. Innovate with agility: Participate in diverse, exciting development projects, leveraging pair programming and agile methodologies.
