Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG in Neubiberg is seeking a Senior Staff Engineer to lead memory macro design and architecture verification. You will drive embedded memory compiler development, interact with engineers and internal customers, and guide a project team through design, characterization and verification tasks.

The role requires a degree in electrical engineering or computer science, 5+ years in transistor-level design and SPICE-level simulation, and strong collaboration and English

Qualifications

• A degree in electrical engineering or computer science.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in transistor level circuit design and spice level simulation.
• Strong background in design, simulation and verification of semiconductor electronic circuits.
• Preferably full custom digital or memory design experience and leading a project team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.

Your profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• A degree in electrical engineeringorcomputer science
• At least 5 years of professional experience in transistor level circuit design and spice level simulation
• Strong technical backgroundin design, simulation and verification of semiconductor electronic circuits
• Preferably full custom digital or memory design experience in technically leading a project team
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting
• Fluent English(written and spoken); German is a plus
