To join our team in Bergheim or Vienna, we are looking for a Senior Specialist SuccessFactors (f/m/d) who will drive the development, implementation, and support of our SAP SuccessFactors solution and related HR systems. This role plays a key part in ensuring stable and efficient operation of core HR applications, supporting smooth workflows and accurate data management. By integrating new functionalities, modules, and add-ons, you will help enhance the digital HR landscape, benefiting internal teams through reliable systems and seamless user experience.

Your responsibilities
  • Responsible for the implementation, continuous development and ongoing support of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including the integration and administration of add-ons.
  • Evaluation and analysis of technical requirements as well as implementation of new solutions to optimise HR processes.
  • Managing and monitoring collaboration with external service providers to ensure the quality and adherence to deadlines of the services delivered.
  • Ensuring smooth operation by providing 2nd and 3rd level support within the department's area of responsibility.
  • Technical implementation and continuous optimisation of business processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness as well as creation and customisation of data structures to support business requirements and ensure data integrity.
Your qualifications
  • Degree in IT, Human Ressources or comparable qualification as well as several years of relevant professional experience in the HR / IT environment.
  • Extensive technical knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, especially in the area of master data and permissions.
  • Expertise in additional HR related applications and add-ons eg. Concur.
  • High degree of initiative, with strong ability to work independently, a high willingness to learn, solution-oriented thinking, accuracy, and strong team spirit.
  • Business fluent in English. German will be considered as an advantage.

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement isEUR 52.197,04based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
