You will partner with Exentec Sales and Global Business Lines to deliver high-quality reporting, translate data into insights, and drive profitability while fostering data-driven governance across geographies.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics.
• 3+ years of professional experience in controlling.
• Strong MS Office skills, including Power BI and Copilot.
• Experience with reporting tools (Tagetik, Lucanet, Hyperion or similar).
• Knowledge of SAP FI/CO is a strong plus.
• Business fluent English (C-level proficiency).
• Open mindset towards BI tools and AI-driven analytics.

Aufgaben

• Prepare monthly management reporting (financial statements, pipeline reports, KPI dashboards) using standard tools (Tagetik, SAP, Salesforce) and BI solutions (Power BI, Excel).
• Support data extraction, validation, and quality assurance using automated solutions to enhance transparency and data reliability.
• Contribute to financial controlling across projects and business lines, analyzing performance, cost structures, and variances.
• Support planning and forecasting cycles, including budgets and strategic business plans, by collecting data, preparing templates, and validating inputs.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate submission of planning assumptions.
• Drive operational excellence by improving controlling processes, reducing manual effort, and enhancing data flows.
• Support automation initiatives and the implementation of new tools.
• Deliver ad-hoc analyses and reporting for senior management and Global Sales.

The Senior Specialist Sales Controlling (m/f/d) is responsible for financial steering, performance reporting, and supporting strategic initiatives within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role combines strong business acumen with expertise in financial controlling, project analysis, and business partnering, leveraging modern ERP systems and advanced analytics tools.

The position supports the Exentec Sales organization through high-quality financial reporting and strategic analysis, translating data into actionable insights. In close collaboration with Exentec Sales teams and Global Business Lines management, the position ensures transparency, drives performance, and enables informed decision-making.

Working closely with senior management and cross-functional business leaders across multiple geographies, the role plays a key part in enhancing profitability, strengthening financial governance, and fostering a data-driven culture.

• Experience with common reporting tools (e.g., Tagetik, Lucanet, Hyperion or similar)
• Knowledge of SAP FI/CO is a strong plus
• Business fluent English (C-level proficiency)
