About the opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Pricing and Promotions Analyst, Quick Commerce (Dmarts) to join the Pandora Commercial Quick Commerce team in Berlin, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional experiences.

Be part of redefining customer experiences in quick commerce by building scalable technology for our non-food offerings, reaching new markets, and driving revenue growth. Your work within our Quick Commerce Team will help make Delivery Hero the preferred platform for a wide range of products, supporting faster growth and increased value for customers worldwide.

What are you going to do

• Develop and implement strategies for Pricing and Promotions to enhance growth and profitability.
• Lead performance measurement and analysis of pricing and promotional initiatives to optimize their impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across departments and countries to align strategies and execution.
• Provide senior management with insights, reports, and recommendations to improve pricing and promotional effectiveness.
• Share best practices from different markets to boost overall business performance.
• Support leadership with data-driven decision-making, business cases, and strategic initiatives.

What you need to be successful

• At least 3 years of professional experience (excluding internships) in e-commerce, tech, or management consulting.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive attitude with a desire to learn and apply new skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proficiency in SQL / BigQuery.
• Advanced skills in Excel / Google Suite.
