The head office for the DACH and EEC markets, covering 13 countries with more than 2.700 employees, is located in Düsseldorf and is the main location for around 500 employees.

We’re searching for talented individuals whose mission will be to drive and grow our influencer marketing efforts across a range of social platforms. The role will report to the Senior Manager Brand Marketing and will adapt the EMEA PR and influencer marketing strategy for our Region West by building and tracking diverse local activations.

A day in the life of a Senior Specialist PR & Influencer Marketing (m / f / x) :

• Vision : You will identify and leverage influencers for paid and earned programs, create and establish key relationships with influencers
• You will develop PR and influencer concepts, local plans and activations
• Contact : You will reach out to and collaborate with Influencers to create innovative ways to gain exposure
• You will build strong local press relations and ensure an efficient distribution of press material to media outlets to maximize editorial coverage
• Collaboration : You will manage day-to-day correspondence with multiple partners such as agencies, affiliate partners and influencers
• Strategy : You will strategically seed product to key entertainers, influencers and stylists in order to advance the appeal of the brand and key collections
• Planning : You will develop and execute Influencer Marketing plans for different campaigns and channels and make sure all initiatives are in line with the global marketing strategy and brand guidelines
• You will plan bi-annual press days in alignment with the EMEA PR team as well as the PR agency
• Analytics : You will report and track campaign results, highlighting successes, trends and opportunities
• You will ensure standard reporting & tracking of all PR & influencer activities incl. integration into the 360 Marketing calendar
• You will monitor local PR and influencer budget and dedicated expenses

What do we need from you? You have :

• A University degree in Marketing, PR or Communications or equivalent education
• A minimum of 3+ years’ work experience in influencer marketing or working in a PR / Influencer agency
• Deep knowledge and insights into the fashion industry and market trends is a must
• Excellent project and time management skills; the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time and re-prioritize tasks
• Good knowledge of the DACH region press and influencer landscape, especially in Germany
• A team-player mentality and an international, creative and open minded mindset
• Strong communication skills in German and English
