Job Description:

• Provide technical support to provision, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and configuration issues on network infrastructure for LAN, WLAN, WAN, NAC, Firewalls.
• Handle day-to-day operational tasks such as resolving incident tickets and change requests.
• Perform preventive maintenance and performance tuning in network infrastructure.
• Document operational processes and procedures.
• Liaise with application groups on various projects and other system support requirements.
• Participate in projects and new setups like site expansion projects — define and provision network design for active & passive network infrastructure.
• Provide on-call support.
• Work in a team with local experts and in a global virtual team.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent network experience preferred.
• 3 years of network experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Network and IT Standards, concepts & technology.
• CCNA or CCNP Certification is an advantage.
• Fluent in German & English, including technical concepts and terminology.
