Job Description:

In your new role you will:

1. Provide technical support to provision, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and configuration issues on network infrastructure for LAN, WLAN, WAN, NAC, and Firewalls.
2. Handle day-to-day operational tasks such as resolving incident tickets and change requests.
3. Perform preventive maintenance and performance tuning in network infrastructure.
4. Document operational processes and procedures.
5. Liaise with application groups on various projects and other system support requirements.
6. Participate in projects and new setups like site expansion projects — define and provision network design, active & passive network infrastructure.
7. Provide on-call support.
8. Work in a team with local experts and in a global virtual team.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent network experience preferred.
2. 3 years of network experience preferred.
3. Knowledge of Network and IT Standards, concepts & technology.
4. CCNA or CCNP Certification is an advantage.
5. Fluent in German & English, including technical concepts and terminology.
