Managing IT Systems

Responsible for the maintenance, development, and evaluation of all infrastructure systems, including LANs, WANs, Internet, intranet, security, wireless implementations, etc.

Infrastructure and Operations

• Administration and development of the SAN infrastructure.
• Ensuring streamlined operation of PharmaLex IT systems.
• Review, categorization, and prioritization of IT tickets from Cencora PharmaLex staff.
• Coordination and tracking of ticket resolution.
• IT asset management, including maintenance of component inventory and related documentation.
• Contributing to the design of IT operations, service functions, and processes.
• Administration of connections to customer systems.
• Backup management: configuring, monitoring, and reporting backup solutions and issues.
• Monitoring Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans.
• Standardization, management, and expansion of software tools.
• Management and optimization of licenses.
• Lifecycle management for hardware and software.
• Training staff on IT-related SOPs and WIs.
• Ensuring compliance with IT security requirements.
• Supporting the maintenance of the company’s Quality Management System.

Your Profile

IT Skills and Experience

• Minimum 10 years relevant experience, including in small- and medium-sized enterprises.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Hands-on technical expertise in PLx key technologies.
• Knowledge of Networking, Routing, and Firewall configurations.
• Experience with IT Security.
• Server virtualization experience, particularly with VMWare.
• Practical knowledge of IT service processes (ITIL).
• Understanding of current IT infrastructure issues and solutions.
• Experience collaborating with IT service providers.
