Become a key member of our HR Operations team! As a Senior HR Operations Specialist (m/f/d), you will manage and optimize HR processes to support our organizational goals.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with best practices and employment laws
• Manage HR operations within our service catalog, handle employee inquiries and tickets
• Support employees and managers with HR-related questions
• Organize knowledge transfer and training within the HR team
• Collaborate on implementing new technologies and processes
• Participate in global and regional HR projects

Show your expertise

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or HR
• At least 5 years of experience in operational HR
• Deep knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Ability to quickly learn and advise on policies and procedures
• Strong commitment, teamwork, reliability, and cross-departmental collaboration skills
• Proficiency in Office 365; SAP SuccessFactors knowledge is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
