Our HR Company Services team in Munich is dedicated to enriching employee and visitor experiences. We manage facility access, travel, and mobility solutions, focusing on our Executive Conference and Guest Services.

You will manage TRATON's company car policy, oversee our internal service provider MHR, and implement our new Mobility Budget concept supporting sustainable employee mobility.

You will lead strategic projects to optimize our services and tools, including a Merchandising Order-Platform, Guest Management Tool, and Meeting Room Management.

You will coordinate cross-brand working groups and serve as deputy Team Lead of HR Company Services.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's degree (or equivalent) in social, environmental, or business studies
• At least 10 years of experience in an international company, with proven project management skills in HR, sustainable mobility, or digitalization
• Proactive, service-oriented mindset with a passion for process improvement
• Strong team spirit and international outlook
• Excellent communication skills in English and German; proficiency in Portuguese or Swedish is a plus
