Job Description:

As part of our Managed Services Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of Data & Analytics environments for our diverse clients across Germany. Your Role:

• Ensure optimal operation of cloud infrastructure (mainly Azure) and Data Analytics environments
• Secure data flows to ensure clients always have access to current data
• Detect and resolve disruptions effectively and sustainably
• Develop smart solutions for new or unknown problems in collaboration with our consultants
• Continuously develop and optimize our service processes

Qualifications:

• Experience with managing cloud systems, databases, and BI environments
• Service-oriented with good communication skills
• Knowledge of at least one cloud hyperscaler, preferably Azure
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and Terraform
• Knowledge of visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik) and databases (SQL/non-SQL) is a plus
• Experience with Windows/Linux server administration and CI/CD pipelines is advantageous
• Confident communication in German and English
