Qualifikationen

• 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Projektleitung, idealerweise in komplexen Beschaffungsprojekten.
• Business-Englisch und -Deutsch in Wort und Schrift.
• Wille zur nationalen und internationalen Reisebereitschaft.

Aufgaben

• Planen, Management und Reporting von Beschaffungsprojekten.
• Koordinieren der Schnittstellen zwischen Lieferanten und internen Stakeholdern.

• You will become the linchpin of complex technology projects by taking on the planning, management, monitoring and reporting of procurement projects as well as managing the supplier interface
• You will accompany and monitor supplier measures to synchronize their development and manufacturing processes for components, modules or systems with our own product development process
• You systematically set up internal and external stakeholder management and coordinate its operational implementation
• You provide methods and tools for structured collaboration and agree these with suppliers
• You take on the technical management of cross-functional teams at the interface to external partners for one or more procurement projects and work closely with representatives from the specialist areas of development, quality, logistics and commercial purchasing

Your profile

• You have a technical, scientific or commercial university degree and 3-5 years of professional experience
• Extensive knowledge and several years of experience in project management, ideally for complex procurement projects and in cooperation with suppliers
• A methodical, structured way of working together with the ambition to continuously improve work processes (Kaizen principle)
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness
• Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
