The Role
As part of Neo4j’s Sales Engineering team, you will collaborate directly with customers across a wide range of industries and technology stacks. You will provide technical guidance, architectural leadership, and hands-on solution design for Neo4j-based initiatives.
This role involves close collaboration with account executives and technical stakeholders to translate business needs into powerful graph solutions. From leading discovery conversations to presenting tailored prototypes and whiteboarding architectures, you'll support the full pre-sales lifecycle.
You will engage closely with large and strategic accounts, focusing on both new business and the expansion of existing relationships. While your primary focus will be on enterprise customers, you’ll also interact with a diverse range of organizations—from high-growth scale-ups to established global leaders.
This is a remote position, and we encourage applicants based in Germany or the broader DACH region, as proximity to our customers and alignment with Central European time zones supports close collaboration. Success in this role depends on a strong understanding of complex solution architectures and the ability to position graph technology within broader enterprise platforms.
