Qualifikationen

  • 1-3 years of professional experience in IT consulting.
  • Experience managing software sales cycles end-to-end, including RFP processes.
  • Fluency in English and German, preferred experience in B2B or retail contexts.

How you will create an impact :
  • Conduct discovery meetings with prospective clients to identify the right product fit and solution approach as part of the Sales team
  • Serve as the technical point of contact and product expert during the sales cycle for both the Sales team and prospective clients
  • Deliver standard and customized product demos for prospective clients
  • Lead analysis of client-specific business challenges and technical requirements during on-site workshops or online meetings, translating them into user stories
  • Create detailed solution scoping documents, including customization requirements for handover to the Implementation Team for effort estimations
  • Develop and present technical proposals based on our SaaS products during the sales process
  • Gather market feedback to share with Product Management to support the development roadmap
  • Collaborate with your team to create client-facing materials like presentations, proposals, marketing collateral, and demo videos
About you :
  • You have experience in Solution Consulting for SaaS applications
  • You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business studies, business engineering, computer science, natural sciences, or a related field, with 1-3 years of professional experience in IT consulting
  • You possess refined problem-solving skills to translate business needs into digital solutions
  • You have experience managing software sales cycles end-to-end, including RFP processes
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, working proactively, reliably, and enthusiastically with clients, consultants, sales teams, and product experts
  • Experience in B2B and/or Retail (pricing) contexts is preferred
  • You are enthusiastic about technology trends and digital topics
  • You are fluent in English and German
