Your Tasks

• Together with business analysts, identify, scope, consult on and manage customer business needs and expectations.
• Create and explain designs for architecture, domains and relational databases.
• Guide team members in transforming business requirements into documented processes and into implemented code.
• Oversee the transfer of developed software products into the operations phase.
• Participate in hiring, team setup, onboarding, and supervision activities.
• Establish and evangelize ways of working.
• Lead in evaluating, establishing, and enforcing architectural patterns, technical tooling, and emerging technologies.
• Hands-on coding while working with the development team and guiding it on complex coding tasks.

Your Profile

• Master's degree in computer science, software/systems engineering or similar.
• At least five years of practical experience with architectures of complex software solutions and systems that hold the source-of-truth.
• Experience with running own developed software in production environments.
• Deep experience in relational database design and SQL.
• Knowledge of frontend development frameworks such as React.
• Good knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, NodeJS is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Pragmatic approach, seeking simplicity in solutions.
• Experience working autonomously and within agile teams.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• German or Spanish is a plus.
