YER Germany is seeking a hands-on project leader to manage digital software projects end-to-end in a client-facing environment. You will lead cross-functional teams, align priorities, and maintain clear communication with international stakeholders.

With a solid grasp of agile methods and a proactive mindset, you will monitor risks, drive delivery, and contribute to the evolution of digital solutions in a dynamic, growth-focused setting in Munich.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience managing digital or software projects in a client-facing role.

• Strong communication across diverse, international teams.
• Solid understanding of agile ways of working and modern project methodologies.
• Interest in innovative technologies or experience in science, healthcare, or similar fields is a plus.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining clear communication and building long-term partnerships
• Monitor project performance, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
• Contribute to the strategic development and continuous improvement of selected digital solutions

Your Profile

• Proven experience managing digital or software projects in a client-facing role
• A hands-on mindset with the ability to take ownership and make things happen
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with diverse, international teams
• Solid understanding of agile ways of working and modern project methodologies
• Interest in innovative technologies or experience in science, healthcare, or similar fields is a plus
