What you will do

Campaign Management and Marketing automation today covers both worlds B2B as well as B2C. It is critical to streamline, automate, and measure marketing tasks and workflows. It helps businesses run marketing campaigns, track customer behaviors, personalize communication, and optimize efforts across multiple channels like email, social media, and websites – in real time.

We are looking for a Campaign Management and Marketing Automation Solution Consultant

  • Inspire customers to favour Adobe’s marketing automation portfolio (Adobe Journey Optimizer, Marketo and Adobe Real Time CDP) solutions by developing and delivering product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Exhibit thought leadership and drive innovative approaches to successfully lead engagements with consistency and no guidance. Drive complex discovery processes to uncover customer needs and struggles across strategic customer organizations.
  • Independently demonstrate personal skills and ecosystem skills to create and deliver creative and inspiring leader-level deliverables that show how Adobe solutions can solve business objectives and challenges.
  • Establish relationships internally at Adobe & with customer points-of-contact up to C-Suite.
  • Develop and communicate SC recommendations during calls, presentations, and readouts for strategic / DAX accounts.
  • Establish yourself as a technical partner and subject matter expert and actively provide expertise to customers.
  • Effectively demonstrate how solutions solve for customers' business challenges and drive and manage solution evaluation.
  • Manage ecosystem resources and possess proficient knowledge of competing technologies in order to effectively position against them.

How to be successful

  • Be an authority on everything related to Customer Journeys, Campaign Management or Marketing Automation; the related use cases are your home turf.
  • Be passionate about bringing to bear data from any channel to deliver real-time personalized communication across the customer journey based on true 360-degree customer views. Have a strong knowledge of digital marketing technologies that helps position Adobe Journey Optimizer or Marketo at customers across various industries.
  • Blend a technical and digital marketing background with a talent for crafting engaging presentations and delivering compelling software demonstrations.
  • Be confident discussing our solutions and technology with both Marketing and IT executives at all levels.
  • Have a strategic understanding of Marketing Automation and CDP products in the context of B2B and B2C.
  • Experience with selling or implementing an enterprise-class marketing automation solution is required; a big plus if that solution is Adobe Marketo or Adobe Journey Optimizer.
  • Previous experience with campaign management, customer journeys, and cross-channel marketing.
  • Excellent understanding of digital technologies in general e.g. web, mobile, CRM, media destinations, email, onsite personalization, IoT.
  • Strong experience with the business objectives of big corporations (DAX 30).
  • 4+ years experience in digital business-driven companies.
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to listen, analyze, and solve business problems.
