Workday is seeking a proactive consultant to demonstrate Workday applications to prospects and customers in Germany. You will partner with sales, product management, consulting, marketing, and value management to drive engagements.

Responsibilities include delivering technical product presentations, demos, workshops, and seminars, and assisting in closing opportunities by addressing questions on solutions, services, and training.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of extensive human resource domain expertise in Core HR, Talent, Recruitment, Learning, Payroll, etc.
• 3+ years of business experience with cloud-based HCM applications like Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.
• Travel up to 40% of the time for customer meetings and events.
• Flexible work approach combining in-person time and remote, with at least 50% of time per quarter in office or field.
