Senior Solution Consultant, DACH

Location : Remote (Based in Germany)

Summary

A Senior Solution Consultant will become an expert in OneStream technology and use this expertise daily to present the value proposition and benefits of the solutions to partners, prospects, customers, and internally to support the salesforce. As a member of the Presales team, the Senior Solution Consultant will participate in designing, validating, and presenting OneStream solutions based on customer needs, which may vary in complexity.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Shorten the sales cycle by delivering flawless standard and custom product demonstrations to mid and C-level executives in the Office of Finance.
• Provide presales technical/functional support to prospective clients and customers, ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision.
• Act as a technical resource for less experienced Sales Consultants, Sales Development, and Sales representatives.
• Transform business requirements and challenges into Proof-of-Concept presentations.
• Develop and deliver high-quality OneStream presentations and demonstrations.
• Present and articulate advanced product features, benefits, future direction, and overall OneStream solutions.
• Maintain and improve demo assets to ensure top-notch sales presentations.
• Design, validate, and present Database & OneStream Cloud solutions, including advanced product concepts and future direction.
• Develop and manage references through high-quality technical and professional client relationships.
• Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills.

Required Education and Experience

• BS Degree or equivalent; an advanced degree in Computer Science or a related technology field is desirable.
• Technical experience with OneStream or similar CPM tools.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in CPM/EPM, Database Management, including building, developing, and deploying applications.
• Proven ability to perform rapid assessments of customer landscapes, targeting use cases, and deployment targets for Cloud technology.
• Ability to evaluate and guide the use of OneStream’s Cloud solution.
• Experience in a customer-facing role such as a consultant, technical solutions engineer, or solutions architect.
• Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and identify appropriate solutions for customer needs.
• Experience with business analysis and financial modeling.
• Background in Finance / Accounting.
• Impeccable attention to detail.
• Strong listening skills.

Preferred Education and Experience

• Experience as a Services Consultant, Database Administrator, or Technical Pre-Sales is preferred.
