• Experience with integration architecture and UX principles.

In this role, you will lead Salesforce solution architecture strategy and implementation, ensuring the delivery of innovative, scalable solutions for large enterprise clients. Your impact will drive digital transformation across multiple industries including retail, media, healthcare, insurance and finance. You will play a key role in aligning business requirements with technical strategy, guiding cross-functional teams, and mentoring Salesforce professionals to achieve business outcomes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of CRM industry experience across full lifecycle implementations
• 7+ years of Salesforce experience including 5+ years leading solution architecture design
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce configuration and custom development
• Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Data 360 and Agentforce
• Proven ability to design and optimize business processes across systems
• Strong knowledge of integration architecture and user experience principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in writing user stories and applying design thinking concepts
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder)
• Additional industry certifications like FSL, CPQ, or B2C preferred
• Nice to have: Experience performing technical support during sales cycles
• Background in multiple CRM platforms in addition to Salesforce
• Experience in Agentic AI, including different LLMs
