Senior Solution Architect – Microsoft Business Applications (m / f / d)

Representing one of the Big Four, I’m supporting the search for an experienced Solution Architect to help enterprise clients transform with Microsoft technologies.

The Opportunity :

We’re looking for a Microsoft Business Applications expert who’s ready to take the lead in designing end-to-end solutions for some of the world’s most well-known companies. This is a senior-level consulting role focused on digital transformation, customer experience, and scalable business impact through Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Client Partnership: Lead architectural design and guide enterprise customers through the full project lifecycle—from vision and planning to deployment.
• Solution Architecture: Analyze business needs and turn them into scalable solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and AI-driven tools.
• End-to-End Delivery: Own the technical design, system architecture, configuration, integration, and collaboration with development and project teams.
• Documentation & Best Practices: Prepare architecture specs, conduct reviews, and ensure adherence to technical standards.
• Enablement: Provide knowledge transfer through training sessions for both client teams and internal colleagues.
• Innovation: Leverage emerging technologies and drive thought leadership in digital customer experience.

Your Profile :

• Degree in (Business) Informatics, IT, or a related field
• 3+ years’ experience in Microsoft solution architecture, with strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
• Comfortable integrating third-party CRM platforms and working with Microsoft .NET, Azure, DevOps, and SSIS
• Ideally certified (PL-600 / MB-600) in Power Platform or Dynamics 365 Solution Architecture
• Fluent in both German and English (spoken and written)
• Willingness to travel within Germany (when needed)
