Senior Solution Architect – Microsoft Business Applications (m / f / d)

Locations: Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Munich, or Stuttgart | Hybrid / Remote Options Available

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to support enterprise clients in transforming their businesses with Microsoft technologies. This role involves designing end-to-end solutions focusing on digital transformation, customer experience, and scalable business impact through Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.

Responsibilities :

• Lead architectural design and guide enterprise clients through the full project lifecycle, from vision and planning to deployment.
• Analyze business needs and develop scalable solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and AI-driven tools.
• Own the technical design, system architecture, configuration, integration, and collaborate with development and project teams.
• Prepare architecture specifications, conduct reviews, and ensure adherence to technical standards.
• Provide knowledge transfer through training sessions for client teams and internal colleagues.
• Leverage emerging technologies and drive thought leadership in digital customer experience.

Qualifications :

• Degree in (Business) Informatics, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Microsoft solution architecture, with strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Experience integrating third-party CRM platforms and working with Microsoft .NET, Azure, DevOps, and SSIS.
• Certification in Power Platform or Dynamics 365 Solution Architecture (e.g., PL-600 / MB-600) is preferred.
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel within Germany as needed.
