Your responsibilities

• Design utility-scale ground-mounted solar PV projects, focusing initially on project development support.
• Use industry-standard software to advance technical designs from preliminary to detailed levels, aligned with project maturity.
• Optimize layouts and yields through constraint analysis.
• Ensure designs comply with industry codes and standards, incorporating feedback from construction, operations, and development teams.
• Assist in preparing post-construction documentation.
• Provide expertise during project development and implementation, both remotely and on-site.
• Support and lead technical due diligences.
• Collaborate within the Renewables team, including developers, engineers, project, contract, and offtake managers, market and strategy analysts, and external partners.
• Manage stakeholders effectively internally and externally.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or related fields).
• Extensive experience in utility-scale solar design and project delivery.
• Proficiency in solar PV design software (e.g., PVsyst, AutoCAD) and understanding of renewable energy systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on system optimization.
• Proven international work experience and cultural adaptability.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Business fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Willingness to work in Düsseldorf or Berlin.
• Open-minded, proactive, and detail-oriented.
