Responsibilities:

• Develop test strategies for embedded, cloud, and app software
• Provide strategic guidance for the SQA team (15-20 persons) and development teams
• Collaborate within a dedicated agile, cross-functional team setup
• Oversee and manage test activities across teams
• Develop and monitor KPIs for software quality and steer testing efforts
• Ensure the quality and reliability of innovative digital products for Vorwerk customers
• Support development teams in taking end-to-end responsibility for their deliveries
• Facilitate communication between developers and testers regarding testing practices
• Explore and implement new testing approaches
• Contribute to continuous improvement of software quality and performance
• Oversee the service management process related to software incidents

Requirements:

• Several years of professional experience in software development and testing, especially in embedded and cloud solutions
• Ability to thrive in an agile, open environment
• Open and effective communication skills
• Strong customer focus and experience orientation
• Degree in Computer Science or related technical field is a plus, alongside practical experience
• Fluent English; German skills are advantageous
