Senior Software QA Engineer

The Autodesk Construction Solutions group is looking for an SQA reporting to the Software Development Manager. You and your team will design full-stack web, mobile, and cloud applications. As an experienced QA Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks, pipelines, and scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our web and mobile products and Cloud Services.

Responsibilities

1. Contribute to manual feature testing and regression testing of end-to-end workflows
2. Communicate with stakeholders and teams about test strategies, test planning, status and risks
3. Analyze, debug, report and track software defects
4. Collaborate with the extended team of software engineers, product designers, and quality assurance engineers across worldwide teams
5. Prepare checklists and test cases for a new feature
6. Testing workflows and user experience for tools' interoperability
7. Develop, maintain, and monitor automation test dashboard and report for engineering process
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software testing and automation

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or Information Systems
2. 5+ years of software testing experience (manual testing, functional testing, and automation)
3. Ability to work with scrum/agile teams and experience adjusting priorities based on evolving requirements
4. Team player ability
5. Understanding of software QA methodologies and software development process
6. Experience with Automation tools (playwright/Testim iO/any other)
