You will advise clients on embedded software topics within advanced industries, including identifying issues, developing hypotheses, conducting analyses, and discussing recommendations with senior leadership. Your responsibilities include identifying new client opportunities, advising on transformational change, and developing consultants. You will be a key source of expertise in embedded software, framing business problems for effective team execution, and collaborating with our global network to shape thought leadership in this area.

Qualifications include:

• Academic degree in computer science or similar (e.g., electrical engineering)
• 10+ years of software development experience in advanced industries (automotive, electronics, machinery, aerospace)
• Operational experience in software development, architecture, or project management, overseeing large projects
• Deep knowledge of state-of-the-art software engineering practices and tools
• Expertise in embedded and systems software architecture, with familiarity with architecture tools
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, security principles, data engineering, machine learning, and AI
• Proficiency in programming languages and coding techniques
• Understanding of software processes, norms, and standards (e.g., CMMi, ISO26262, UNECE WP 29)
• Experience leading large-scale software projects, including stakeholder management and budgeting
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
• Excellent communication skills in English and the local language
