We are looking for a (Senior) Manager of Strategic Projects (m/f/d) to join our team. This position is limited to 2 years.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and drive high-value strategic projects for the CALID group on a national and international top management level, from conception to implementation.
2. Conduct in-depth analyses, identify root causes, and develop solutions in close collaboration with cross-functional teams and business leaders.
3. Act as a business partner to functional areas and support their project management efforts.
4. Take responsibility for the delivery of own cross-functional projects.
5. Develop and maintain an overview of strategic initiatives and the resulting “project pipeline,” creating an overview of interdependencies among strategic projects.
6. Prepare top management presentations and moderate management meetings.
7. Be part of the M&A and Business Development (Strategy) team, driving the transformation of a leading company in life sciences tools and diagnostics.

Qualifications:

• Degree in business administration (Bachelor/Master/Diploma) or similar specialization.
• At least 3-6 years of professional experience in a renowned consulting company focusing on MedTech / Life Science / Microbiology & Diagnostics industry or in a comparable position in an international company.
• Hands-on experience managing complex projects in strategy development, implementation, and business transformation.
• Experience in Post Merger Integration (PMI) projects and/or exposure to M&A would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of Regulatory Affairs and Quality Management topics in the life science industry would be beneficial.
• Strategic and business-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and conceptual skills.
• Structured, accurate, and creative with out-of-the-box thinking.
• Proven ability to work effectively in an international environment and demonstrate teamwork skills.
• Fluent in English; German speaking skills may be an advantage.
