Senior Software Engineer (2nd)

Active TS/SCI+FSP Clearance
Location: Hanover, Maryland
On-site position

Job Overview

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will develop, maintain, and enhance complex and diverse software systems. These include processing-intensive analytics, algorithm development, and manipulation of large data sets. You will oversee one or more software development teams and ensure work is completed according to the software development process constraints.

Responsibilities

• Review and test software components for adherence to design requirements and document test results.
• Resolve software problem reports.
• Apply appropriate software development and design methodologies.
• Contribute to system design, including software reuse, use of COTS/GOTS software, and requirements analysis from system to component level.
• Serve as the technical lead for multiple software development teams.
• Ensure quality control of all developed and modified software.
• Demonstrated experience with Java, Spring, and other Java-based frameworks.

Minimum Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship
• Active TS/SCI+FSP Clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
