Requirements

• Take full accountability for assigned SOW tasks and deliverables, ensuring on-time delivery, quality execution, and high customer satisfaction
• Analyze and resolve technical challenges within SOW scope by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions while adhering to change management procedures
• Gather requirements for data pipeline integration (ELT) development and data mapping
• Drive the data discovery and file requirements process
• Proactively monitor client batch cycle (ETL) processes, ensuring successful execution and responding quickly to failures
• Automate deployment processes and develop tools to monitor system health, reliability, and business-critical processes
• Maintain accurate task statuses and communicate progress, risks, issues, and dependencies to internal teams and clients
• Escalate risks and issues in a timely manner and actively participate in daily standups and team discussions
• Build project estimates and partner with Project Managers on task planning and allocation
• Establish and promote engineering best practices, technical standards, and consistent approaches across the Custom Services engineering lane
• Provide technical mentorship, guidance, and support to other engineers
• Serve as a senior technical resource for solution design, architecture, and technical decision-making
• Partner with other leaders to improve processes, documentation, standards, and tooling
• Identify and implement improvements to engineering efficiency, quality, scalability, and consistency
• Foster knowledge sharing through documentation, reusable solutions, and team learning
• Collaborate with Project Managers, analysts, engineers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful client delivery
