They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer Team Lead in Stuttgart with expertise in C# development. You will lead a team of software developers to deliver high-quality automotive software solutions.

• Lead the team ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to priorities.
• Conduct employee evaluations and feedback sessions.
• Analyze requirements for new and existing software applications.
• Provide technical consultation and project planning.
• Develop backend systems (SOA architecture, CLI programs), web, and desktop clients.
• Maintain quality through code reviews and testing.
• Support build and release pipeline configurations.

Requirements:

• Several years of software development experience with .NET and C#.
• Experience with REST APIs, such as OpenAPI (Swagger).
• Knowledge of SPAs (e.g., Angular) is advantageous.
• Proficient in version control, preferably Git.
• Experience with database modeling and programming (MS SQL preferred) and ORMs like Entity Framework or NHibernate.
• Leadership experience, strong assertiveness, and authoritative demeanor.
• Fluent German (C1 or C2) and good English skills.
