This role involves developing and deploying machine learning models focused on natural language processing (NLP). The responsibilities include:

1. Model Development: Understand business objectives and develop machine learning models with performance tracking metrics.
2. Data Management: Ensure data quality through verification and cleaning; explore and visualize data to understand it thoroughly.
3. Research and Data Acquisition: Find and utilize datasets online for training models.
4. Strategy and Validation: Define and implement validation strategies for model evaluation.
5. Model Training and Tuning: Train models and fine-tune hyperparameters for optimal performance.
6. Model Deployment: Deploy models to production environments ensuring seamless integration.
7. Industry Awareness: Stay updated on the latest in machine learning and NLP advancements.

Requirements & Skills:

1. ML Experimentation: Experience in setting up experiments, communicating results, and managing stakeholder expectations.
