Your Responsibilities

• Web Development and Platform Building – Lead the digitization of our customer journey in the energy consulting sector by developing a self-service platform. Innovate and automate processes to make energy consulting more efficient, with a focus on creating customer-centric products that drive our mission forward.

• Software Engineering and Quality Assurance – Deliver high-quality, secure, and performant software. Leverage automated CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable deployments.

• Team Collaboration – Work closely with a cross-functional team of 8, including engineering, data, product design, and product management. Actively participate in code reviews and product discoveries, offering your technical expertise to support the product team during customer and product research.

Your profile

• Senior-Level Experience – You bring extensive experience in setting up and managing web applications with Ruby on Rails in an agile environment. Your technical expertise is complemented by a deep understanding of modern approaches, such as GraphQL integration, containerization, security enhancements, and the latest front-end frameworks.

• Architectural Mastery – You’re well-versed in software components and interactions, modern web/cloud development, and testing methodologies. Experience with monitoring and logging systems like Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry is welcome.

• Continuous Learning and Passion – You have a genuine passion for the Ruby ecosystem and are committed to constantly developing your skills. You’re driven by meaningful work and have a strong bias for action and getting things done.
