• Collaborate with our Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Care, and Finance teams to understand their challenges and be involved in the full development lifecycle.
• Take ownership of projects and deliver impactful solutions.
• Drive change by bringing your ideas and opinions to the table.
• Integrate AI tools into your daily workflow to enhance efficiency and quality of work.
• Value diverse perspectives and participate in constructive discussions to foster innovation.
• Customize and extend our core internal IT systems (Shopify, Oracle Netsuite ERP, Intercom, Webflow) using Typescript, NextJS, and Temporal.

What makes you a great fit:

• You are a full-stack engineer comfortable with frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
• You have experience with web technologies like React, NextJS, and Prisma.
• You have 3+ years of experience building scalable, high-performance products.
• Experience with AWS, Typescript, Netsuite SuiteScript, and NodeJS is a plus, or you are eager to learn.
• You think beyond just building — you can take initiative, think like a Product Manager, and help guide platform development.
