**Minimum qualifications:**

• A university degree in computer science, engineering, sciences, or a comparable qualification.
• Interest or experience in our tech stack: Kotlin, Java, GraphQL, Docker, Spring Boot, AWS, Terraform.
• Strong analytical thinking and excellent communication skills.
• Passion for well-architected, testable, and documented code.
• Experience with domain-driven design, distributed architectures, microservices (a plus).
• Financial services background (a strong plus).
• Proficiency in English; German skills are advantageous. Willingness to work in an international English-speaking team.
