You will develop enterprise-level software applications using TypeScript, Vue3, Python, and Django. Your responsibilities include:

1. Developing beautiful, structured, and maintainable code based on common design patterns and robust architectural principles.
2. Taking ownership of the features you implement.
3. Working across all layers of our platform, from infrastructure through the database layer, API, and front-end SPA.
4. Writing specifications, documentation, and automated tests.
5. Working agilely within a small Scrum team.
6. Ensuring a sustainable architecture for our platform.
7. Delivering high-quality, efficient, and scalable software solutions.
8. Optimizing, debugging, and incrementally developing a leading product in the Operational Sustainability domain.

You will work remotely or in our offices located in Augsburg, Frankfurt, or Ravensburg.

Requirements :

1. At least 5-7 years of experience in complex web software development, including REST APIs, front-end SPAs, and micro-service architectures.
2. Knowledge of modern frameworks such as Vue, React, Angular, and backend frameworks like Django, Laravel, Ruby on Rails, or Node.js.
3. Fluency in vanilla JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with understanding of browser APIs and DOM manipulation.
4. Comfort in designing, optimizing, and working with databases such as PostgreSQL.
5. Good engineering practices, knowledge of DevOps tools (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes), and automated testing.
6. Understanding of HTTP fundamentals, with skills to optimize and debug modern web applications.
7. Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar (preferred).
8. Proficiency in English (CEFR level C1 or higher).
9. Legal right to live and work in Germany.
10. Team-oriented mindset, comfortable working in an international environment.
11. Pragmatic approach, aiming for gradual improvements aligned with long-term vision.
12. Ability to articulate and listen thoughtfully, with a collaborative attitude.
13. Interest in sustainability, corporate software, and SAP.
