What you'll do

• Influence and execute Harmonic’s vision by collaborating with Product & Design to build products that help investors manage deals seamlessly
• Deeply understand customer needs, translating them into innovative features and services that elevate their experience and drive engagement
• Get Shit Done by working on every layer of our stack, proactively troubleshooting, and solving any issues that stand in the way of our customers gaining maximum value from our product.
