In this role, you will:

• Architect and implement large-scale Python-based data pipelines that power Harmonic’s structured understanding of startups, people, and investments.

• Continue evolving our data extraction and reconciliation processes with dynamic agents

• Own data quality benchmarks across coverage, freshness, and accuracy, and identify new data sources and ingestion techniques that optimize for performance and quality.

• Work across the backend stack (databases, search indices and graphql APIs) to bring data to life in the product.

• Partner closely with AI/ML, Data Ops, and Product to hit quality and performance OKRs and ship new data products that directly drive revenue and user value.
