Job Overview

Join our team dedicated to building and enhancing Solactive’s real-time indexing platform, which calculates and manages thousands of financial indices and portfolios for clients worldwide. The Platform Architecture Team sets technical standards, evolves our tech stack, and collaborates with engineering teams to ensure robustness, scalability, and security, elevating our platform to the next level.

Your Tasks

• Prototype, lead, and drive key initiatives and technical architecture, involving planning, coordination, and hands-on engineering.
• Provide leadership in architectural and engineering best practices across teams.
• Collaborate with DevOps and other engineering groups to align efforts and maximize impact.

Your Profile

• Extensive Experience: 10+ years in engineering, with expertise in Java, containerization, orchestration, and cloud-native architectures. Proven ability to build scalable, resilient systems.
• Technical Leadership & Collaboration: Track record of influencing architecture decisions, mentoring engineers, and fostering technical excellence.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address complex technical challenges with creativity and innovative solutions.
