Responsibilities:

• Build and lead development of complex backend systems and APIs
• Write secure, clean, high-quality code
• Lead and mentor engineering teams
• Launch new features regularly
• Maintain focus on customer and user experience

Requirements:

• 7+ years experience solving distributed computing problems
• Experience designing systems with relational or key-value databases
• Skilled in event-driven, distributed architectures
• Experience building external-facing REST/HTTP APIs
• Leadership experience on small to medium projects (2-4 engineers)
• Ability to research and apply new technologies thoughtfully
• Experience maintaining high-volume, critical SaaS/API platforms
• Up-to-date on application security trends
• Passionate about DeFi and its societal impact

Preferred:

• Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals (especially EVM chains)
• Experience with JSON-RPC APIs for blockchain interaction
