Job summary

Nnamu seeks engineers who can take AI systems from demos to production, ensuring reliability, cost efficiency and impactful customer outcomes. You will design and own distributed backends, and contribute to multi-agent orchestration and scalable AI platforms.

Join a hybrid work model in Germany with offices in Berlin and Munich, and engage in cutting-edge retrieval-augmented generation, AI memory, evaluation frameworks and autonomous monitoring agents.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering with a strong Python background.
• Experience building and operating AI systems in production.

If you've only wired prompts together and called it AI engineering, this isn't your role.

Your profile

What are we looking for:

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and deep proficiency in Python.
• Experience building and operating AI systems in production.
• Experience with LLM applications, RAG, tool calling, and multi-step workflows.
• Experience evaluating AI quality and strong debugging skills.

Strong Plus:

• Modern AI orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar).
• Vector databases and knowledge graphs.
• AI observability platforms.
• Large enterprise datasets and event-driven architectures.
