We are seeking a motivated hands-on Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team and drive our technology forward. In this role, you'll develop innovative solutions based on customer feedback and lead automation initiatives. Your technical expertise, learning skills, and communication abilities will be essential for success.

Software Development:

• Design, refactor, and develop high-quality software by writing clean (Java) code daily.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver in alignment with the software roadmap.

Technical Leadership:

• Be innovative and drive the product forward.
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends.
• Act as a role model and mentor to junior developers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development.
• Proven experience in designing and refactoring systems.
• SaaS experience is a plus.
• Hands-on performance optimization, profiling, GC tuning, etc.
• Ability to learn by doing.
• Analytical thinking and a can-do attitude.
• Great communication and collaboration skills.
