Must have :

• Proven Golang backend enginering chops
• Production experience building + running Docker and Kubernetes
• Confident owning services, suggesting architecture, and working independently
• Familiarity with cloud-native architecture and deployment
• Product-minded : you care about business outcomes, not just code

Nice to have :

• Start-up or scale-up experience (not essential but highly desired)
