About the Role The code you write will directly power one of the biggest decisions in someone’s life: selling their legacy or stepping into ownership. It’s emotional, it’s complex, and it deserves care. The product is still early. You’ll be joining as our third engineer, working directly with the founders and early team to turn customer insights into fast, reliable, and scalable software. We are a well-funded, tight-knit team based in San Francisco. You’ll be building at the intersection of AI and marketplaces, of spreadsheets and real people. It’s a unique opportunity to own major parts of the stack, shape the technical foundation, and help set the culture for how we build.

What You Will Do

• Work closely with customers, founders, and GTM teammates to rapidly turn insight into product

• Own implementation across the stack and help evolve the architecture as the product and team scale

• Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to a culture of technical excellence

• Infuse classic marketplace mechanics with modern AI thats use voice, video, and text data to generate dramatically better recommendations, onboarding, search, matchmaking and transaction guidance

• Collaborate on LLM and RAG pipelines to power workflows and automate diligence

• Run rapid product experiments and learning loops grounded in real user behavior
