Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced SDET to design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks for web, mobile, and API applications in Germany. You will expand test coverage across browsers, mobile and backend, and strengthen CI/CD reliability to enhance release confidence and product stability.

You will investigate failures, reduce flaky tests, and promote best testing practices while collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, and QA teams to embed quality throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience as an SDET, QA Automation Engineer, or Quality Engineer.
• Strong experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Playwright, Appium, WebdriverIO, or similar tools.
• Proven experience building automated test coverage for web, mobile, and API applications.
• Experience testing native mobile applications on both iOS and Android.
• Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Advanced English communication skills.

• Review automation code, promote testing best practices, and help improve overall software testability.
• Support quality initiatives across multiple product teams and contribute to automation standards and engineering excellence.
• Help drive continuous improvement in testing processes, tooling, and quality practices across the organization.
