We are seeking an energetic professional to join our Tech hub in Prague within the Enterprise Information Technology team. The role involves delivering business solutions in partnership with Corporate Treasury and IT colleagues. The Corporate Treasury manages capital structure, FX risk, liquidity, pensions, and insurance on a global scale, supporting operations in over 130 countries amidst dynamic markets and regulation.

You will be responsible for the following:
  • Develop new interfaces or functionalities for Treasury GLM products, support enhancements and bug fixes
  • Acquire business process knowledge to understand end-to-end processes and outcomes
  • Support product growth and your development as a Finance IT professional
  • Ensure product functionality, reliability, security, and value to clients
  • Contribute to platform improvements via automation, CI/CD, and scaling efforts
  • Troubleshoot production issues across services and technical layers
Expected experience and skills:
  • Strong software engineering skills in Java, XML, Python, or C++
  • Experience with Oracle and/or MySQL databases
  • Experience with Web Servers: Apache Tomcat, Nginx
  • Knowledge of Web protocols: HTTP/HTTPS, WebSocket, REST
  • Hands-on CI/CD experience: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Cloud Bees CD
  • Experience with AWS or other cloud services: EC2, S3, RDS
  • Proficiency with Linux and Unix Shell
  • Structured thinking and effective communication skills
  • Problem-solving mindset
Preferred experience and skills:
