- Conduct deep research and exploratory analysis to generate actionable insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, engineering, and research teams to integrate data solutions into production
- Ensure code quality, documentation, and reproducibility across data projects

Requirements
- Tech Polyglot Mindset: Proficiency across data science, engineering, and software
- Strong experience with Python and SQL, including data manipulation and querying
- Deep understanding of ETL processes and workflow orchestration tools
- Hands-on experience with Linux and Cloud environments (Snowflake, AWS, or similar)
- Proven ability to develop and optimize algorithms for complex, domain-specific datasets
- Familiarity or strong interest in patent/IP data or similar specialized data domains
- Solid grasp of data architecture and scalable system design
- Research-driven with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a startup environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to document work clearly
Bonus

- Experience with search technologies like Apache Solr
- Background in intellectual property, financial markets, quantitative analysis
- Exposure to containerization (Docker / Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines
- Prior startup experience or working with proprietary tech stacks
At Quant IP you would
- Work on unique, impactful problems in the intersection of tech, IP, and data
- Join a tight-knit, high-impact startup team with room to grow and innovate
- Shape the future of data workflows and analytics from day one
