This role oversees multiple social channels, managing planning, execution, and performance across European markets. We seek a proactive individual passionate about social media to join our team in Frankfurt as a (Senior) Social Media Manager (m/f/d).

Your Tasks:

• Manage projects with a focus on data and reporting to optimize campaign success.
• Plan and execute monthly social media editorial calendars, ensuring brand consistency.
• Handle multiple social channels across European markets, considering local trends and audience insights.
• Develop engagement strategies tailored to each platform.
• Collaborate with content, strategy, and paid media teams to meet KPIs.
• Coordinate with onsite teams during live events for real-time content.
• Incorporate new trends into social media strategies to keep platforms relevant and foster active communities.
• Lead performance reporting and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Your Profile:

• Reliable team player with a proactive attitude.
• At least 4-5 years of experience in a digital agency environment.
• Proven success managing multi-market campaigns and daily channel operations.
• Deep understanding of social media ecosystems, from strategy to community engagement and reporting.
• Advanced digital communication skills and experience in driving engagement.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Microsoft tools for reporting and presentations.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Willing to travel for business.
