We are looking for a committed individual who loves social media, creative campaigns, and electronic music to elevate our online communication. This full-time, permanent position is available immediately.

Your Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement our social media strategy
2. Plan and manage the editorial calendar
3. Analyze post-performance, identify trends and opportunities
4. Conceptualize and oversee content production (video, photo, livestreams)
5. Manage performance and online marketing (website, newsletter)
6. Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns
7. Create creative, target-group appropriate advertising texts
8. Contribute to brand management strategically and operationally
9. Collaborate with our graphic team and external partners
10. Manage budget and personnel in social media

Candidate Profile

1. Several years of experience in social media and marketing
2. Degree or comparable qualification in media/marketing
3. Proficiency with Meta Business Suite & Werbeanzeigenmanager
4. Affinity for electronic music scene and festival culture
5. Analytical thinking and structured working style
6. Experience with content production (video, photo, livestreams)
7. Creativity and trend awareness
8. Excellent English skills
9. Willingness to work on weekends/nights during events
10. Driving license class B
